Located in the village of Grandrieu, in the Margeride region, in the former Gévaudan territory, Le moulin des Deux Rieu is a mill producing artisanal flours on stone millstones.
This 18th-century water mill has been completely restored to its original condition.
The miller perpetuates an ancestral tradition by producing Moulin des Deux Rieu flours from local cereals.
Moulin des Deux Rieu flours let the flavors of the cereals shine through. Here, stone milling is gentle and respects the grain. Nutrients are preserved
