The former fish shop Boulan in the fishermen's district of Cap Ferret, transformed a few years ago into a restaurant with a relaxed brasserie spirit, is experiencing a revival. The new team, which has kept the spirit of the house: furniture, atmosphere, has nevertheless surrounded itself with a new chef, Eric Jolibois
After having trained in many prestigious Parisian establishments, he has now settled in Cap Ferret. The kitchen has pep and the slate reflects the ideas and products of the moment. Simple, original, convivial, delicious.
