La Ferme des Joncs, located in Saint Phal, is a place steeped in history. On 10 hectares of land surrounded by meadows and water, this farmhouse was the old village mill. Sébastien Patient, owner of the premises since 2018, owns many animals: goats, rabbits, chickens, geese, horses, dogs and guinea fowl. Cheese breeder, he offers a whole range of farm products: dairy products made from goat's milk (cheese, faisselle, yogurt), eggs and poultry. On site, you will also find a delicatessen of local products. The boutique is open Wednesday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. La Ferme des Joncs is present on the markets of Sainte Savine, Troyes and Aix-en-Othe (Wednesdays).
