The Auberge chez Lazare is located in the commune of Arros-de-Nay, in the heart of the Pays de Nay. The Auberge is a traditional restaurant run by Christophe. It was founded by his great-grandfather, Lazare, in 1874.
The chef highlights one of the specialities of Béarn: Poule au Pot. It was instituted by King Henri IV. It's a recipe based on chicken cooked in a broth with vegetables and rice. To delight your taste buds, Christophe uses fresh, local ingredients. Take advantage of the terrace, which overlooks the surrounding countryside, to watch the live entertainment.
