A principios de abril de 2013, la Oficina de Turismo se instaló en un nuevo edificio en la plaza Paul-Emile Janson, al pie de la catedral. De esta antigua residencia canónica del siglo XII con un rico pasado histórico aún se conserva la bodega abovedada , accesible al público y utilizada para exposiciones temporales.
Detrás de una pared acristalada e insonorizada se encuentra el auditorio climatizado con 76 asientos, donde se proyectan dos espectáculos multimedia de unos veinte minutos de duración: “ La maravillosa historia de Tournai ” y “ Entre el cielo y la piedra ”.
