Hacia finales del siglo XI, se instituyó un colegio de canónigos para devolver la rigurosidad a los hábitos de vida de los religiosos saint-émilionnais. Se erigió entonces un convento con su claustro y una iglesia románica que se convertirá en la iglesia colegial. Elevada en el siglo XII, la nave, así como su pórtico rematado con un campanario derribado, han conservado su estilo románico. El coro data del siglo XIV y alberga un órgano clasificado, único instrumento construido en 1892 por Gabriel Cavaillé-Coll, hijo del célebre organero del siglo XIX, Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.
