Questo cimitero fu avviato nel novembre del 1914 da cacciatori delle Alpi francesi. Fu utilizzato da unità dell'Impero Britannico tra febbraio 1915 e febbraio 1916. Dopo l'armistizio, le tombe francesi furono rimosse. La maggior parte degli uomini sepolti qui apparteneva al 'Staffordshire', al 'Regimento delle Highlands del Norfolk' o al 'Regimento delle Highlands scozzesi'.
