Dieser Friedhof wurde im November 1914 von französischen Alpenjägern angelegt. Er wurde von Einheiten des britischen Empires zwischen Februar 1915 und Februar 1916 genutzt. Nach dem Waffenstillstand wurden die französischen Gräber entfernt. Die Mehrheit der Männer, die hier begraben sind, gehörte zur 'Staffordshire', dem 'Norfolk Highland Regiment' oder dem 'Scottish Highland Regiment'.
