Collaboriamo direttamente con un produttore locale di vacche di Aubrac e con un produttore regionale di carne di vitello.
Farçous, salumi regionali, aligot, testina di vitello, cavoli ripieni, carne d'Aubrac, pascade e animelle d'agnello... Piatti abbondanti e generosi e dessert fatti in casa.
