La tenuta di 88 ettari si trova su una duna di sabbia mobile che si estende lungo la riva occidentale del Dommel tra i comuni di Boxtel e Sint-Michielsgestel. Attorno al 1900, questa sabbia mobile, in cui si erano formati diversi stagni a causa dell'erosione, fu piantata con pini silvestri. Gradualmente qui si è sviluppato un bosco di betulle e querce.
All'interno della tenuta si trova un tumulo funerario dell'età del bronzo.
