De Co-kathedraal van San Xiao is een tempel van de katholieke eredienst gelegen in de stad Ferrol, in de provincie A Coruña. Het is gewijd aan de patroonheilige van de stad, San Xiao. Het behoort tot het bisdom Mondoñedo-Ferrol en is het belangrijkste religieuze monument van de stad.
De tempel werd ontworpen door de marine-ingenieur en architect Julián Sánchez Bort vanaf 1763 en de bouw begon in 1765 op de restanten van een oude romaanse kerk, die in 1772 werd voltooid. Deze tempel was ontworpen voor een nieuwe wijk die in de stad Ferrol verrezen. In 1959, door een bul van Johannes XXIII, kreeg het op 9 maart de status van co-kathedraal. Deze titel werd verleend en niet die van kathedraal omdat er al een kathedraal in hetzelfde bisdom was, de Kathedraal van Mondoñedo.
