Champagne Romain Billette

For five generations now, in Urville, the vines of Maison Billette have been planted on clay-limestone hillsides with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grape varieties.

From this richness in the vineyard, Romain creates wines exclusively matured and vinified in oak barrels from nearby forest woods, from the best of his grapes, offering generous, full-bodied, rich champagnes.

With humility and respect for the environment and nature, the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification, sustainable champagne viticulture and organic farming reflect the strong bond that unites the winemaker, the vine and the wine with the remarkable terroir of Champagne.
