Il bestiame da latte e l'agricoltura rappresentano le principali attività dell'azienda. Fin dai tempi del nonno, la famiglia Fleurbaey produce burro e latticello nella fattoria ancestrale di Sint-Jan. Nel 2003 si è deciso di espandere questo ramo con formaggio spalmabile e yogurt. Presto si sono aggiunti anche budini e mousse al cioccolato. Da aprile 2012 si produce anche gelato fattoriale. Inoltre, vengono vendute patate per tutto l'anno.
