La iglesia de Santiago, dedicada a Santiago el Mayor, es la iglesia parroquial del lugar anturiano de Borsbeek, situada en la Jozef Reusenslei. Borsbeek dependía de la parroquia de Deurne hasta 1264 y luego se convirtió en una parroquia independiente. Desde 1185, el derecho de patronato estuvo en posesión de la Abadía de Ename y en 1318 este derecho fue vendido a la Abadía de San Miguel en Amberes. En el siglo XV, la iglesia fue reconstruida: el coro en 1485 y una torre en 1524.
