The Brasserie St-Feuillien or the Brasserie Friart is a brewery in the Belgian town of Le Rœulx in the province Henegouwen.De brewery is named after the Irish monk Feuillien, who lived and worked in the vicinity of Le Rœulx in the 7th century. In 655 this monk was mistreated and murdered. This figure was recalled from 1125 onwards when the Premonstratensian abbey was founded, where beer was brewed, among other things. This activity came to an abrupt end in 1796 due to the effects of the French Revolution.
