Opgericht in 1848 en onder impuls van de familie Dolfi, die het bedrijf in 2000 overnam om het verhaal voort te zetten, heeft Buissière een ongelooflijk assortiment lekkernijen die het bedrijf in zijn eigen ateliers maakt: chocoladebonbons, pralines, smeersels, snoepgoed, vruchtengelei, ijs, bitterkoekjes, gebak?
We hechten bijzonder veel belang aan respect voor traditie en de selectie van grondstoffen. Elke stap in het chocoladeproductieproces wordt intern uitgevoerd om de consistentie, smaak en uitmuntendheid van onze producten te garanderen. We beheersen de transformatie van cacao in chocolade en de transformatie van gedroogd fruit in praliné.
