Udstillingspaladset er et kongres- og udstillingscenter beliggende i den Øvre By i Charleroi. Det blev bygget i 1953 af arkitekten Joseph André og ingeniøren Léon-Marcel Chapaux.
Projektet blev til på initiativ af borgmesteren Joseph Tirou med det mål at forskønne og værdsætte byen. Undersøgelsen af et projekt til et palads for et beløb på 70.000.000 franc blev besluttet den 28. juni 1948. I oktober 1949 var vurderingen steget til 231.500.000 franc. Større arbejdet blev indviet den 20. juni 1954, og den første internationale udstilling fandt sted i september 1954. Det var en teknisk og industriel udstilling, hvor 515 belgiske og 456 udenlandske virksomheder deltog. Måneden efter udstillingen blev messen for husholdningskunst færdiggjort.
