"Oh my Pizza" is the perfect marriage between gourmet and quality.
When two enthusiasts of street food and gastronomy meet, it's the perfect mix: Abigaël and Florian have been working together for several years in the restaurant business, from French brasserie to semi-gastronomic restaurant.
At 22 years old, they decide to launch together the adventure "Oh my Pizza" to mix their ideas and know-how!
The toppings of each pizza are carefully selected from fresh and local seasonal products:
- Flour: "Moulin du Vivier", Aude,
- Dough kneaded and rolled out by hand (24 hours fermentation),
- Sauces are home made,
- Cheeses and cold cuts : "La Ferme", Carcassonne.
